Shin-Anjō Station (新安城駅, Shin Anjō-eki?) is a train station on the Meitetsu Railway located in located in Anjō, Aichi, Japan. It is a terminus for the Nishio Line and the 38.5 kilometers from the terminus of the Nagoya Main Line at Toyohashi Station.
History
Shin-Anjō Station was opened on June 1, 1922 as Imamura Station on the privately-held Aichi Electric Railway, which was acquired by the Meitetsu Group on August 1, 1935. The station name was changed to its present name on May 1, 1970.
